Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that arrive 1 or 2 business days apart. Some items may be shipped from different locations. In this case, you should receive multiple tracking numbers.

If any of your items are out of stock, we will email you to let you know when we expect to ship them. If the items are not restocked within two weeks, we will automatically refund the price of those items.

Simply click on the "Track My Order" tab on the Canada Post website and enter your tracking number to find out where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always ready to help.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To obtain an exchange*, please ensure that the product
is returned in its original packaging, with labels, in its original new

condition, put you order number. Return your order at your own expense for
